Every lead.
A clear
next step.

Know who’s handling each inquiry,
what happens next, and where it stands.

Already getting inquiries, but follow-up is inconsistent? I’ll improve one agreed process in the tools you already use, so your team knows who should respond, what happens next, and which leads need attention.

The problem we’re solving

The inquiry arrives.
Then what?

  • Follow-up depends on whoever sees the email.
  • The CRM is there, but updates are inconsistent.
  • You can’t quickly see which leads need attention.

01 / The $1,500 scope

One process.
Working better.

We choose one useful improvement, write down the deliverables, and agree on what finished looks like.

  1. 01

    Review one inquiry-to-follow-up process

Map where inquiries arrive, who handles them, and where follow-up gets stuck. Agree on the specific improvement and how we’ll test it.

  2. 02

Improve one part of your lead follow-up

Set up agreed steps and responsibilities so your team knows where each inquiry stands and who should respond next.

  3. 03

    Configure the follow-up essentials

Make the agreed changes to tasks, reminders, forms, or routing using your existing tools. Automation depends on what your subscription supports.

  4. 04

    See which leads need attention

Set up one dashboard or saved view showing who is responsible, the next step, and which inquiries need attention.

  5. 05

Test it. Hand it over. Show your team.

Walk a test inquiry through the complete path, provide short operating instructions, and run one handoff and training session.

02 / How we know it works

A real test.
A clear handoff.

You’ll see a sample inquiry move through the steps we agreed on.

03 / From conversation to completion

Clear scope.
Practical terms.

Agree on the improvement
We agree on the improvement, what will be delivered, how we’ll check it works, the access needed, and who can approve changes.
$750 to begin
The first payment reserves the work after the scope and start date are agreed.
7–10 business days
Typical delivery begins after the agreed kickoff, once required access, materials, and decisions are available. If dependencies change, we agree on an updated schedule.
$750 at completion
We test the agreed process using a sample inquiry. The sprint is complete when the written acceptance criteria are met and the instructions and training session have been delivered. The remaining $750 is then due.
Keep added work explicit
Additional processes, extensive data cleanup, migrations, custom integrations, and software costs are outside the sprint. We agree on a separate estimate before added work begins.

A few practical details

Before we
get started.

Is this the right project for my business?

It’s a good starting point when your business already receives inquiries and one part of follow-up needs attention. You should have a decision-maker, an existing tool or CRM, a defined problem, and the ability to provide access and feedback.

What if I don’t know exactly what needs fixing?

We start with a short conversation. If the issue needs real investigation before it can be scoped, I can propose a separate $300 diagnostic: a focused working session, a review of the relevant process, and written findings. Where agreed in writing, the $300 diagnostic fee counts toward the $1,500 sprint price—it is not added on top. Your proposal will show the credit and remaining payment schedule.

Do I need to buy new software?

We start with what you have and check its subscription and permissions before agreeing to a scope. Some automation features require paid plans. Any software, seats, or third-party expenses are yours to approve and pay separately.

Does this include a full CRM cleanup or migration?

The sprint improves one agreed process. A full database cleanup, migration, custom integration, website rebuild, or broader training program needs a separate scope. If a task is too large for the sprint, we narrow it or quote it separately before starting.

Will this guarantee more sales?

The deliverable is the working process we agree to build and test. Better follow-up is intended to help your business, but sales results also depend on your leads, offer, team, and follow-through. Completion and payment are tied to the written acceptance criteria.

Let’s talk through the work

Where does follow-up get stuck?

Tell me where inquiries come from, what happens next, and which tool or CRM you use. We’ll see whether a focused sprint fits.

We’ll start with a 15–20 minute conversation to check the scope, budget, timing, and fit.
