CRM & pipeline cleanup
Tidy an agreed set of records, fields, or pipeline stages. Clarify ownership and next steps so the team can use the system consistently.
- 02
Lead-follow-up workflows
Configure and test agreed tasks, reminders, routing, or form handoffs in the tools and subscription your client already has.
- 03
Implementation coordination
Own a defined workstream, track dependencies, follow up on approvals, and keep the right people clear on what happens next.
- 04
Client-facing project support
Support working sessions, progress updates, QA, documentation, and handoffs. Agree upfront whether I work with your team or directly with the client.
For a steady workload
Need a regular
8–10 hours
a week?
Get consistent support for your team’s weekly workload, with agreed hours, priorities, and working windows.
After a small paid assignment establishes the fit, we can agree on ongoing support at $75/hour.
The $1,500 starter block contains 20 hours total. At 10 hours a week, that’s about two weeks of work within the 30-day window. A recurring weekly commitment needs its own agreement.
Discuss Ongoing Support02 / How we work together
Clear priorities.
Visible progress.
A small, defined start.
A working rhythm you can review.
- 01 / Define
Choose the first useful task.
Confirm the outcome, tools, access, approver, and working windows. Start with a five-hour paid trial ($375 at $75/hour) or the full block.
- 02 / Deliver
Work through the priorities.
I take ownership of the agreed work, track time, and share progress and remaining hours at weekly checkpoints.
- 03 / Review
Hand over. Plan what’s next.
Review completed work, open decisions, and documentation. Agree on a new block or recurring hours if there’s more to do.
03 / The block at a glance
A scope you can
work with.
This is the starting framework. Your written scope names the actual tasks, dates, and approvals.
- Payment & start
- $1,500 upfront after the scope and kickoff date are agreed. The 30-day window starts on that kickoff date.
- What counts as time
- Onboarding, meetings, implementation, coordination, testing, documentation, and handoff all count toward the 20 hours.
- Time & scheduling
- Up to 20 hours total, used within 30 calendar days. The block ends when the hours are used or the window closes, whichever comes first. Unused hours do not roll over.
- Changes & additional work
- Added hours or a new block require written approval before work continues. There is no automatic renewal.
- Scope boundaries
- Full migrations, major rebuilds, custom integrations, and emergency or on-call coverage need a separate agreement. Software and third-party expenses are separate.
A few practical details
Before we
get started.
Can we start with a smaller assignment?
Yes. A five-hour paid trial is $375 at $75/hour. We choose a task that can be completed and reviewed within those hours. If we agree to count the trial as the first five hours of a 20-hour block, $1,125 remains and the total stays $1,500. We confirm the block’s dates in writing.
Can you work under our agency’s name?
We can agree on white-label delivery, client-facing involvement, confidentiality, and how I’m introduced before work begins. You keep the client relationship; we define who assigns work and approves changes.
Which tools can you help with?
My background includes HubSpot, Salesforce, sales processes, and hands-on technical delivery. We’ll check the actual account, subscription, permissions, and task before I commit to a scope. Required software, seats, and third-party costs are paid by the client.
How do we keep the work within the block?
We agree on a prioritized task list and an approver. I record time and share progress and hours used at weekly checkpoints while work is active. If priorities change, we adjust the queue within the remaining hours or approve a separate scope.
What if we need 8–10 hours every week?
That is a separate recurring arrangement we can discuss at $75/hour, with agreed weekly hours and working windows. At that pace, 20 hours covers about two to two and a half weeks. The starter block does not promise 8–10 hours in every week of the 30-day window.
Let’s talk through the work
What could you use a hand with?
Tell me about the work, who I’d be supporting, and whether you need a defined task or a regular 8–10 hours each week.
We’ll start with a 15–20 minute conversation to check the scope, budget, timing, and fit.
